Yes. We take over existing Symfony projects for ongoing support and further development. We first review the codebase, architecture, and infrastructure, identify critical issues and technical debt, and then prepare a plan to stabilize and continue developing the system.

We work in two formats: monthly support packages and support on an as-needed basis. For projects with regular tasks, we recommend a package starting from 30 hours per month. A dedicated manager and team are assigned to the project, and requests are handled with priority. The package covers consultations, issue diagnosis, estimation of new tasks, team coordination, and development work. Time is tracked based on actual effort, with no minimum one-hour charge for each request. Critical issues submitted during business hours are taken into work within 15 minutes. If the workload approaches the agreed monthly limit, we notify the client in advance. There is no upfront payment for the package — billing is done at the end of the month. For guaranteed monthly workload, we offer discounted hourly rates: 5% for 80 hours per month and 10% for 160 hours per month (full-time). For projects with occasional requests, support is also available without a monthly package. In this case, requests are submitted as a consolidated list and handled based on the team’s current availability. The minimum analysis time is 1 hour, and an initial response is provided by the end of the next business day.

For high-load projects, we optimize backend performance and databases and use Redis, RabbitMQ, Symfony Messenger, caching, and asynchronous processing. Yes. We can sign an NDA before receiving project access and starting work. Our development work is covered by a warranty period: if an issue is caused by our implementation, we fix it at no additional cost.
